At Bita’s Beauty Glam, all appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. • 100% of your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. • Deposits are applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred one time only to a new appointment date. • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the deposit. • Late arrivals may lead to cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded. • By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
